How can I inform members of the SmartRoom of new documents?
SmartRoom Managers can create 2 different types of alerts to notify Users of new files.
Standing Alerts: Once created exist at all times in the room and are triggered by a specific action (i.e. uploaded content) in the folder(s) you created the alert against. A Standing Alert will only be sent to Users or Security Profiles you specify and if they have access to the folder or file being uploaded.
Instant Alerts: Function like a one-time email blast to specified users and allows the SmartRoom Manager to free form the subject and message.
